Advertising Terms and Conditions

Design Requirements:
Advertisers are responsible for designing their own ads.
Ads must adhere to the 16:9 aspect ratio and be a .png or .jpg file.
Ads cannot contain offensive or inappropriate language or imagery.
Approval Process:
Upon successful completion of the Advertising application, and if openings are available, you will receive a request for the ad image via email.
Ad submissions will undergo a review by the website administrator, assessing content, design, and alignment with the website's values and audience.
Upon approval, an invoice will be sent via email to finalize the ad submission process.
Payment Process:
Upon the submission and approval of their ad design, advertisers will incur the designated fee.
Payments will be handled by Proverbs 31, the proprietor and overseeing entity of Market 30 One.
Refund Policy:
Once an ad receives approval and is displayed on the website, refunds will not be issued.
Placement Duration:
Each advertisement will be showcased for a one-month duration.
Renewal Options:
Advertisers will be given the chance to prolong their display period for an extra month one week before the initial month concludes. An invoice for payment will be sent via email. In the event of non-payment, the ad will be taken down at the end of the month.
Content Updates:
Advertisers may request content updates during the placement period, subject to approval.
To request an update, please provide a written request via email using the email associated with the ad request submission. Please include the updated image.
Website Guidelines:
By submitting this request, you agree to all terms listed within this request, and the Terms and Conditions written on the Market 30 One website.
We reserve the right to remove ads that violate guidelines or negatively impact the website's integrity.
